Loulou de la Falaise by Jacques Marie Mage

Presenting a unique limited-edition collection of eyewear and outerwear inspired by the vibrant mountaineering community of the 1970s. Shaped by parallel histories of craft and conviction, this new Édition Spéciale reflects the transpacific dialogue at the heart of both JMM and RMF, where the American West meets Japanese craftsmanship, and heritage is carried forward through exacting design.

“I have long been drawn to the enigmatic presence of Loulou de la Falaise, a true renaissance woman whose influence extends far beyond the conventions of a title or role.”

— Jérôme Jacques Marie Mage.

Louise

A soulful silhouette with a sun-drenched past, these limited-edition aviators are inspired by the actual glasses worn by Loulou de la Falaise in 1972 while vacationing on the Aegean isle of Patmos. Handcrafted from the finest plant-based acetate and sculpted with softened angles, spectacles are distinguished by our signature arrowhead front pins and temple tips adorned with a distinctive wolf medallion, based on Loulou’s own iconic loup design.

Named in honor of her mother, the spectacle’s distinctive double-bridge and sleek temples—each adorned with refined hairline details and subtle epoxy embellishments—channel an inherited sense of audacity and allure.
