RELATIONSHIPS ARE AT THE HEART OF EVERYTHING WE DO. THAT'S WHY WE STRIVE TO DEVELOP DEEP PARTNERSHIPS WITH NGOS AND CREATORS WHO ARE MAKING THIS WORLD MORE VIBRANT, DIVERSE, AND COMPASSIONATE. BY SHARING EXTRAORDINARY STORIES OF STEWARDSHIP WITH OUR FRIENDS, SUPPORTERS, AND THE PUBLIC, WE SEEK TO GO BEYOND TRADITIONAL PHILANTHROPY AND LEVERAGE OUR IMPACT INTO SOMETHING COLLECTIVE.
Wolves hold a special place in the origin story of Jacques Marie Mage, and part of our mission has always been to contribute to the awareness and protection of America’s wolf population. We support scientists and conservationists who are helping to dispel misunderstandings and protect a future for wild wolves. Similarly, we support interconnected initiatives to restore and conserve buffalo populations.
PROTECTION OF WILD LANDSCAPES, INCLUDING YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK AND GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK, HAS BEEN A CENTRAL MOTIVATING FACTOR IN OUR STEWARDSHIP EFFORTS. IN PARTICULAR, WE SUPPORT THE PARKS' EFFORTS TO STUDY AND SUSTAIN POPULATIONS OF KEYSTONE SPECIES LIKE WOLVES AND BUFFALO, AND TO RESTORE TRIBAL COMMUNITIES' AGE-OLD PRESENCE IN THESE SPECIAL LANDSCAPES.
WE RECOGNIZE THE INFLUENCE AND IMPORTANCE OF NATIVE AMERICANS TO THE PHYSICAL AND CULTURAL WORLDS WE EXIST IN TODAY, AND WE ARE COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING INDIGENOUS PEOPLES THROUGH PARTNERSHIP AND PHILANTHROPY. WE'RE PROUD TO COLLABORATE WITH NATIVE AMERICAN ARTISTS AND CREATORS, AS WELL AS SUPPORTING THE EFFORTS OF COMMUNITY-DRIVEN ORGANIZATIONS FOCUSED ON PRESERVING AND CELEBRATING INDIGENOUS ARTS, CULTURE, AND TRADITION.
