Refund policy

Returned pieces undergo our quality inspection and, provided they show no signs of wear, are refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of arrival. A confirmation is sent to the email on file. Please allow a further 7 to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
