Handcrafted in Japan with laudable volume details and a sleek silhouette, this is an easy and elegant expression informed by the actual glasses worn by Marianne Faithful in June 1967 while attending court hearings for Rolling Stones members Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. The ‘As Tears Go By’ color story is named after what is considered Faithfull’s best known song, a ballad written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. Faithfull recorded and released it as a single in the United Kingdom in 1964, where it peaked at number nine on both the UK and Irish singles charts.
